How long will it take to receive my order?

Our processing time is currently 2-10 business days. After manufacture your order will be shipped with a next day tracked delivery service.

Where do you ship?

We ship anywhere in the UK.

Do you ship internationally?

We do not currently ship abroad. We are working on delivering to EU countries in the future.

My product is faulty, what can I do?

We are sorry to hear that you have not received your product as expected. Please contact us as soon as possible with relevant photos if you have received an incorrect or damaged product. We will arrange a replacement delivery or refund the purchase amount on request.

Can I cancel my order?

Because we begin manufacture of all orders as soon as they come in, we usually can’t cancel orders once they’ve been placed. If you have any problems, contact us straight away, and we will try our best to help.

How do I hang my product?

All our stand-off items come with pre-assembled brackets. To hang the product you simply need to apply a nail to your wall.
You can then rest the saw-tooth edge of the bracket on top of the nail and adjust it as necessary to ensure that your product hangs straight.
The head of each bolt should rest against your wall, proving an even 10mm offset.

Products that are not marked as 'stand-off' have a minimum of 2 - 2.5 mm mounting holes and are supplied by us with colour-matching nails. They can be easily and discreetly hung on your wall.

Can I use my product outdoors?

All our products are powder coated, which gives them a high quality finish and makes them weather resistant. Although we make a thematic distinction between indoor and outdoor on our website, all our indoor categorised products can also be used outdoors.
